Great!!!!!!!!! thanx!!!!!!!!!! hey anyway i will not wash rice with soap :D ...but i have a question!! i tried today to make sushi rice and after i washed it 4 times ( NO SOAP!! :D) and then i put it in a pot andcovered with some water...i turned the heat high but then the bubbles were so many ( XD ) that i had to open the pot!!! and the rice wasn't right at the end...do u have some advice for me?? thanx so much...anyway great tutorial!!!!!!! :D

No matter what you do the bubbles will come appeared but just lower the heat and don't open it. You can turn off the heat once and turn it on back again. Just keep it low flame once the water starts to boil.
