Some of your chord variations are correct, however you left out some other chords that are in the song. Check out a video of Neil Young playing the song and you will see them. You left out the D maj. to D maj 7 and one other chord that I do not know the name of. There are also some harmonics in the song that you left out as well. thanks , keep trying it is an easy song , go to my chanel and learn the finger picking pattern thier are probably 3 to 6 thousand songs you can use that pattern with
