Of Course he is only showing the technique while explaining that's why the movement is almost "slow motion." I practice Iaido, but I think the main point is the maintenance of the art. To alter is to create a second form or to practice in a free way.
ESP: Es más fácil rotar el sable en el Obi al tomar el tsuka invertido (poner filo hacia abajo antes de desenvainar) luego el corte es más veloz y la posición final es la misma. He practicado battojutsu y creo que este sería un modo más realista de realizar esta técnica.

I respect your point of view. Although classical sequenses have their own historical reasons and for those, can´t be changed. I dont understand spanish. But my friend traslated the video for me. Best regards
One of my main influences has emphasized that one should be able to draw from any position.He was saying this as he drew a Tachi sized sword that he was laying on, at a ridiculous speed I might add. I think that might be one of the things that the Kata might be illustrating.
