  • You can blame Clinton for this,NAFTA which he signed was a huge mistake and Ross Perot was right.Ross Perot predicted a huge sucking sound and he was right on the money on this. Most of the products made overseas are coming back in the USA,no quality control over seas.

  • its been so much better since that stupid cunt from frisco lost her potato masher - what a shining star for the democrats party - hahahahahahahahahahah

  • now you college kids understand why Obama wanted in 2009 for you to stay in college for four years as Obama hoped that when you got of college you'd have a job - looks like that's not working out as planned (what plan?) besides over over 170,000 troops are coming home with over half looking for work in the civilian trades "thanks Obama" it will only help keep jobs at a stale mate and keep Americans out of work till Obama is pushed out of office - only Free Enterprise will save the USA !

  • where are the jobs? they sold it to China so they can go to war.

  • @Dominic4n LOL!! You took the words right out of my mouth!!

  • HObamanation!

    Impeach that faggot liar!

  • I think if somone creates millions of jobs then he deserves billions of dollars because those jobs create trillions of dollars , so if you punish them for being successfull at what they do then they'll stop doing it and presto, no more job creating. That's what happens when you over tax someone successful

  • WHERE ARE THE JOBS??? IN CHINA.

  • i went to school "thinking" it would better my chances of finding a "job".

boy was i wrong.nobody wants to hire me.this free trade crap with china has to stop a.s.a.p.i am getting burnt out over this crisis and so are millions or people.

when will this bullshit turn around for us americans? when?

  • There over in lower waged countries. With laxed rules, unfair trade policies blind eye look the otherway, the envirment will take care of it self attitudes. That's were your buddies sent the jobs Boehner and you know it. Wake up Americans, before we all work for slave wages, for these im the king type of thinkers.

  • Shame on the greedy wealthy for they have more than enough, but are not willing to help out there fellow Americans. Let them keep all there bush tax cuts, favoring there greedy riches. For they are poor at heart and soul and GOD is watching over them. And they cant buy him. Remember the movie ghost? I wonder which ones will becoming for them

  • there are millions of jobs in the healthcare fields. i plan to go back to school to learn a trade in this field but need help with 2500 tuition. ACCEPTING DONATIONS, message me if you would like to help me. thank you all.

  • republicans are so stupid and naive, its even obvious from germany and other european countries ^^

    thumbs up for demogracy

  • Boner - you said this election was about JOBS, JOBS, JOBS.

Now...what legislation are you introducing to create JOBS?

Or will it just be more BS?

  • Hey Republicans: where are the jobs? What did you do in the current session?

  • This advertisement to blame Obama about the jobs leads us to the FACTS. What are the facts? This country under 8 yrs of Bush was loooooseing jobs by the thousands each day. It makes no sense at all to bring this record into view when trying to keep this counties richest on both sides in power. Try visiting the Facts before you start to blame our present leaders. How and why did this happen? Bush pushed for Obama to give this stimulus to save all his high dollar people in the Market. Get Real

  • Just read the highest rated comments. Sums up my feelings on this issue pretty well.

  • when every thing was fine with middle America we were all happy, spending money like it was going out of stlye. No one cared about poor people, now were starting to get a taste of being poor everyone wants to piont the finger. We don't do anything in this country steady to help low income families, so what goes around comes around, look in the mirror bitch

  • 9 trillion dollars vanished from the economy because of the real estate bubble - taking jillions of jobs down with it. Superman himself couldn't do anything to stop that.

America made this bed and now we get to sleep in it.

  • Boner, you and your gang of republicans lost 10 million jobs last decade with your radical and wreckless policies. Why should intelligent Americans trust you again?

  • haha this is bullshit. boner is just the flavor of the week

  • What I want to know is how is a limited government supposed to "create" jobs in the first place?

  • Lord they love trying to distract the public from realizing that a large amount of these issues came in to play from Republicans in the last administration. Remember who's tax cuts, cut revenue by 1.3 trillion dollars in a decade, then actually INCREASED our Government spending which built our deficit to what it is today? Oh yeah and who is that group that has filibustered a record number slowing down legislation and then slandering democrats for doing nothing. Oh yeah Republicans.

  • Now Republicans...where are the jobs?

Giving tax cuts of $700 Billon to the top 2% won't create jobs as it didn't last time.

    Insanity is...

  • First of all, the largest wave of job losses were in 2007 and early 2008 BEFORE Obama. People,.... please approach this issue with that in mind.

The corporations ,who bank offshore and dodge their taxes, exploit cheap labor. They dump US labor, they move to Juarez mexico and then dump 80,000 Mexican jobs. They are now exploiting Chinese "slaves". Those jobs aren't coming back.

Obama is wisely visiting our Asian partners before we lose the future too,

  • Why V. and not V.S.?

  • The jobs are in China. Why? Cost of Chinese labor are very insignificant, close to sweatshops. The margins of profits are highly subtantial. Wal Mart has lots of factories in China in such a way that America in nothing else than a merchandise distributor for China. Chinese merchandise bought in Wal Mart is so cheap that American factory owner cannot compete and they have no choice but to let go American workers. Is Obama to blame for this sort of situation?

  • @garciagar64 yes and this causes downward pressure on average family incomes so they have less to spend in places such as walmart so everybody is a loser!!

  • @blackdogr63 Abolish the department of Energy and Education? Are you insane? Or just uneducated?

  • Since when is the American people represented by the news?

  • Free inexhaustible energy is real! But the Oil companies want these technologies unknown to the masses,Find the real deal, a free energy device at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,Big change is comming soon!

  • Obama created more jobs in his two years than Bush did in 8 years, that's an actual fact.

  • Bush got ride of the job asshole!

  • this man (john boehner) could have saved the government 8 billion dollars. he could have allowed us to cancel a weapons project that we don't even use - a very expensive one. guess why? turns out that the investors are friends of his. exactly what happened during reagon; exactly what happened during bush.

  • 180,000 jobs given in october...

  • I got to this vid by clicking on some featured playlist for which there was a description that said something like "Pelosi vs Boehner - The old Speaker of the House and the new Speaker of the House." Has Boehner really already become the new Speaker? I was hoping for someone better like Ron Paul... :(

  • When are you going to introduce a bill to outlaw abortion, cut Medicare, Social Security and Foreign Aid? None of that is in the Constitution!!!

Otherwise you are just as bad, or worse than the others as you lie your way into power and then turn your back on the people!!!

  • Maybe if the Republicans had allowed for a larger stimulus, we wouldn't be in this abysmal state of affairs. We overspent big-time during the Bush era, and now, when the economy needs some support from the government, the Republicans suddenly talk about thriftiness!?!

  • Forget about what Obama cannot do for America. What about what can Boehner do for America. Well, America knows Boehner knows how to cry. But Boehner cannot solve the unemployment problems and health care problems in America and also the world by crying. I a sure you Boehner will be doing alot of crying when he cannot get his way in the house. Be a man don't ever cry because crying produces no results but allow the world to see that you are a weak man Boehner, peace.

  • STOP outsourcing - Republicans are the ones that sent all the jobs overseas and they act like saints. Stop the lies in Washington and all of you grow up and play nice. Both the Republicans and the Democrats act like Washington DC is one BIG sand box and if they don't like the game they are taking their toys and going home. Grow up Washington and stop acting like a bunch of Children.

  • @blackdogr63 Why don't you just move to a country that doesn't have all these pesky taxes, regulations, and public schools? Regulations on big biz protect the environment and the workers. Do you want to see child workers come back, factory fires, 7 day work week, poor houses? Read some history, when we didn't have these things in this country people only lived 50 yrs.

  • Bush 1 and Clinton was cool, but these days Bush 2 and Obama be pissing me off and shit. Go Boners!!!

  • The jobs are in India thanks to the corps you guys support.

  • You Umpa lumpa brain washer, good for nothing, you know where the jobs are?..out sourced by your buddy Bush,Congratulations on making this country get in to a rid lock with the support of all those retards that dont have a pot to piss on,but they think that somewhat they belong to the upper class,do you guys have amnesia remembering why this country got dragged to the ground?..i just dont get it,make an obligation to go out and vote and you will see what the people really want as goverment.

  • For you people accusing Clinton for NAFTA you better read a little history.

It was Bush's old man who came up with the idea and because of the Republican controled Congress and Senate it made it through.

Also keep in mind that it was Phil Gramm, another fucking egg head from Texas, who was instrumental in deregulating the banking and financial markets by repealing the Glass-Steagall Act of 1933 which provided oversight on the banks.

Republicans had over 12 years of control in America.

  • You have now given the right wing nut cases another shot at implementing their so called strategic programs by allowing more corporations to send jobs over seas and pay less taxes.

You still don't get it. The Republicans want to bring you to your knees so that you will accept any job available, in any company for the lowest possible wage they can get away with. You people better practice "Will you like fries with that burger" real fast.

They hate communism until they can make a buck.

  • Job loses were the direct result of your so called "Reagan Trickle Down Economics" bullshit Republican mantra.

The corporations made it trickle down all right only it trickled down in communist nations like China and Vietnam. We trusted the Conservatives and the Republicans to make this nation the best country in the world. What they succeeded in doing was destroying the middle class, out sourcing the best jobs and feeding American's bullshit about gay marriage, flag burning and abortion.

  • The GOP held up all legislation for a few years after ruining the economy with complete deregulation and multiple wars. Now they ask - "where are the jobs?"

  • @JWY yea i'm asking you where are the jobs? an give me a real answer not B/S give me facts only - with 25 million real people unemployed not the fuzzy math the Obama admin uses - so put up or shut up -

  • this

"Democrats created 23 million jobs during 8 years of the Clinton Administration. Obama created 3 million jobs in only 21 months, despite republican opposition. Under 8 years of Bush, republicans created only 2 million jobs and lost more than 8 million, primarily through republican legislated deregulation that allowed corporations to outsource manufacturing jobs to India and China. Republicans are very adept at creating deception, when facts get in the way."

  • @blackdogr63

Why stop at the departments of energy and education? Remove the department of transport, kill the internet and ban electricity.

  • Democrats created 23 million jobs during 8 years of the Clinton Administration. Obama created 3 million jobs in only 21 months, despite republican opposition. Under 8 years of Bush, republicans created only 2 million jobs and lost more than 8 million, primarily through republican legislated deregulation that allowed corporations to outsource manufacturing jobs to India and China. Republicans are very adept at creating deception, when facts get in the way.

  • @mushroomhead777 Closing down the american automaker jobs in the usa has been going on for decades. Foreign automakers building there own car manufacturing in usa has been too. Its just fact that GM Ford Chrysler has been losing ground to foreign competitors. As far as deregulation, I dont know much about that but if a competitor is selling more cars, washers & dryers, small appliances etc, they may very well run you out of business. Moving operations to foreign countries was to keep in business

  • @mushroomhead777

Yeppers. Republican deregulation caused all those jobs being lost. Oh wait! Congress was controlled by the Democrats for six of the 8 years of Bush. And Republicans controlled congress for six of the 8 years of Clinton. Maybe we should attribute the job gain in Clinton years to the actual cause, the internet revolution, and attribute the job losses of the Bush years to credit bubble created by the internet revolution inevitably bursting.

  • @mushroomhead777 Please explains the math to me. If when Obama took office unemployment was 7.7%, so if he created 3 million more jobs how is the unemployment at 9.6%. Is that like you not mentioning spending $3,000 at the casino and you tell everyone you won $1,000 on a slot machine?

Oh, and about Clinton's success, look up the dot-com bubble. Clinton had nothing to do with the good spell that died just as Bush took office.

  • @ClassicFIHD a couple of reasons... bush and the republicans left our economy in the worst shape it had ever been since the great depression. people were so accustomed to minor recessions that they expected the economy to bounce back like it always had done in the past. it takes time to for the economy to recover from being in such bad shape. (Continued)

  • @mushroomhead777 "bush and the republicans left" how could that be? things were going fine until 2006 when the DEMOCRATS took control/

  • Respond to this video...Uh, again, 2006 became the DEMOCRAT Congress.

  • @ClassicFIHD if you look at the time it took to recover from the great depression you'll see what pulled the us out of the great depression was the biggest government spending program in history... ww2. in today's world... a lot of the new jobs require advance high tech training.. (Continued)

  • @ClassicFIHD jobs that are easily outsourced overseas. in free markets... products should be what is traded. but, in today's free markets... we trade jobs to other countries... and wonder why we keep falling behind. we should have government penalties for companies that ship jobs overseas.

  • @mushroomhead777 UH, $9 an hour minimum wages will do that.

  • @ClassicFIHD In case you forgot, when Obama took office, Bush handed him an economy with a recession in full swing that began in December of 2007. And its momentum suggested it would continue to grow for at least another year. Obama nor McCain would have reversed it in the first week, month, or few months they took office.

The fact is, the unemployment rate IS dropping. It was slightly over 10% earlier this year. And the stimulus is partially responsible.

  • @mushroomhead777 "with a recession in full swing that began in December of 2007: Humm, funny how I remember it Democrats were in control for TWO YEARS but the Dec. 2007.

Uh unemployment has been near steady for months, unless you use Obama math. June 9.5%, July 9.5% Aug 9.6%, Sept 9.6%, Oct 9.6% Uh where do you see it getting better?

  • @mushroomhead777 Really , as I recall Clinton started NAFTA which pushed millions of jobs into Mexico through the open trade act, Clinton was at the helm during the internet bubble pop. But all that is ancient history , if you want a real job killers how about taxing the hell of of small business , mandatory health care, and carbon taxes on businesses which was all started by Obama's cult of idiots. Put down that coolaid little sheep, come back to reality, please.

  • @haydenman2 the difference between democrats and republicans, is that according to republicans if you make more than $250,000 a year, you should get a tax cut on all of the income above that level in addition to getting tax cuts on income below that level. In order to achieve just that extra amount of tax cuts, just for the rich people, just for people earning over $250,000 in order to do that republicans are willing to add $700 billion to the debt

  • @haydenman2 Additionally, on the same day republicans redoubled their efforts to kill health reform, the nonpartisan government accountability office highlighted the democrats' health reform law would result in a, quote, notable improvement in the long-term debt outlook. Earlier this year the nonpartisan congressional budget office calculated health reform would reduce the deficit by $138 billion. republicans apparently want that $138 billion added back on to the deficit.

  • @haydenman2 so let's save a little money, right? let's cut back on the nuclear weapons. jon kyl of arizona is the republican making the direct republican response to that, his response has been to secure $14 billion of brand new nuclear weapons spending from the obama administration. he's apparently holding out for more. in case you were curious just how serious republicans are about lowering the deficit.

  • @haydenman2 and of course, republicans are against cap and trade climate legislation. cap and trade which was a republican idea in the first place, cap and trade would reduce the deficit by $19 billion. republicans are against that, too.

  • @haydenman2 think about the distance between what republicans say they are doing and what they are actually proposing. republicans spent all day bragging about how much they want to cut the deficit while simultaneously proposing adding to the deficit $700 billion. plus $138 billion. plus $14 billion. plus $19 billion. all added to the deficit as they proclaim that they want to cut the deficit.

  • @haydenman2 This year's crop of congressional republicans are proposing adding to the deficit billions and billions of dollars. For tax cuts for rich people. For new nuclear weapons. So oil companies don't have to deal with cap and trade. So health insurance companies don't have to insure sick people. Those causes are important enough to these supposedly fiscally conservative republicans they're willing to add hundreds of billions of dollars to the deficit. Debt be damned.

  • @haydenman2 Though republicans are willing to spend hundreds of billions of dollars for all of those other things. Where do they draw the line? Unemployment benefits for People without jobs. People who have paid into the unemployment insurance system and now would like to collect. People without jobs need to go without. Hey, got to tighten your belt. Tax cuts for rich people? Sure! New nuclear weapons? Sure! Subsistence funding for the unemployed? Sorry, no way, got to be fiscally responsible.

  • 250,000 Private Sector jobs added in the last two months...

  • NAFTA Thank You Bill Clinton you Ass Hole

  • okj, asshole, speaker of the house, where are the jobs???

  • Jobs are impossible NAFTA/GATT The republican party wants immigrants period

  • Basic math for Democrats:

$11,000,000,000,000 spent on various "stimulus" packages.

Divided by 40,000,000 Americans living in poverty =

$275,000 check per poor citizen eliminating poverty, creating jobs, sparking the economy and saving the US housing market.

WHERE DID ALL THE TRILLIONS GO....DO THE MATH!

  • Fair point ShamelessNation, but wouldn't you agree that less government could help in the creation of jobs? Tax cuts and less spending, shit gets less expensive and more of the capital slowly sinks south to those who make the shit that has suddenly cost less. Once a surplus is exposed, everyone around benefits.

  • Where are the jobs??? The right has no idea, they are the ones that lost them.

  • These are the same people who shipped your jobs to China, Mexico, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, India, South Korea.

And I wish you conservatives would stop bringing up your bullshit about everyones children and grandchildren. Your kids are your responsibiity not everyone elses.

I hope you win the elections so that we can prove just how fucking incompetent the conservatives really are when you start inflicting more pain on America.

YOU HAVE NO SOLUTIONS, ONLY MORE PROBLEMS.

  • @IngloriusBastard11 Just go back a few years. Thats what happens when they win elections.

Funny thing is now they blame Obama for the mess they made during the last decade. What i dont get is why peoble fall for that.

I mean if they vote for these losers because they like how they look or how funny they are w.e - not my problem. But they actually do vote for the bold lies they tell.

  • The orange man John Boehner wants to know! He keeps standing around, with a thumb up his arse, "Hollering, Where are the jobs?" The jobs are in China, India, and the countries in the Pacific Rim, Where the damned Republicans sent them. That's where the jobs are, John Boehner! Stop playing the jackass ! You're a sorry excuse for a Congressman let alone an American!

  • Why don't you ask yourself that question you stupid rich bigoted pig. you had the congress and the senate from 1994 until 2006, and the whitehouse from 2000 until 2008 when shit really hit the fan. You corporate dictators sent our jobs to china, closed down steel mills in Cleveland and factories. Don't blame someone else for something you did. You fucked up the economy and are trying to talk your way out of it you snake in the grass piece of rotton worthless pig.

  • So where does Boehner stand on getting rid of tax breaks for companies that outsource US jobs? Oh yes...that's right the GOP filibustered that idea. America First my butt.

This also shows that the GOP isn't listening to their America speaking out website in the slightest where this is a huge thing.

  • @Scipio2021 Agree, they ruined the economy, off shored jobs, vote against job creating legislation and have the nerve to complain about lack of jobs in the country.

  • @Scipio2021 the GOP's real motto, Rich People first.

  • @gajda1984

No, just business owners, the people who work day and night crunching numbers, while everyone else works 9-5 knowing whats coming to them in a check.

  • @idontknow5858 I'll blame any corporate dictator that has been allowed to ship jobs overseas to make a better profit. and the republicans are to blame for allowing that to happen. These people who apparently "work day and night crunching numbers" don't understand the lives of their slaves if you want to go into a realistic detail. They don't know what it is like to either pay for electric or groceries for their kids.

  • @gajda1984

Quit blaming the corporations and blame the individuals. People buy products knowing they're result of slave labor. If corporations are turning a profit there's no incentive to stop. People have to individually take responsibility for what they're buying. If it takes a bit of self-investigative work, so be it. As long as the corporations are churning profits and the consumer continuously prostitutes themselves to 'more for less' there's not going to be change. Take responsibility.

  • @idontknow5858 Do a lot of individuals have a choice? The corporations and the rich pigs are the ones that have been enforcing everything and make the choices and don't have to worry like us "individuals". I'm also not just talking about consumers, I am talking about those out of labor, have been laid off due to corporate greed. Those that have lost good jobs that have been sent over seas to china because of greed. The rich man is to blame. And with that, is the republican party.

  • @gajda1984

Yes individuals have a choice. If individuals would support their local producers and not lowest prices we wouldn't have this problem. It's still more than possible to purchase from non-corporate entities, open your mind to what's still possible. People are out of labor because unions killed American manufacturing, ask GM, oh wait, they aren't allowed to talk about it.

  • @idontknow5858 Open your mind to the fact that rich people and republicans are holding down working and needy Americans. They had the congress and senate from 1994 until 2006. They also controlled the whitehouse from 2000 until 2008, THAT'S when the economy took a shit. The Democrats and the unions had nothing to do with it, now people like John Bitcher and obviously you are trying to mislead people into thinking it is those who actually want to strengthen america, not the rich.

  • @gajda1984

We were due for a recession, the economy is cyclical. If you want to play party politics, the dems passed $787b and have seen no results, that's a gamble you, i, and our grand children's grand children will be paying that off. Unions require healthcare and consistent pay raises that bind companies contractually, not rewarding workers for hard work, but for time spent. These unions aren't existent in foreign countries. There's a problem with that.

  • @idontknow5858 Yeah recession, thanks to the republicans in the senate and congress, and the Bush administration. I'm not playing politics I am playing facts because I am a concerned common American. I am not excusing all unions, but this guy and John Kasich are greedy bastards gambling us Americans and making millions on wall street on our expense.

  • @gajda1984

All republicans did was initiate tax cuts, and walked into a war with everyone in arms. The federal reserve is responsible for the bank's failures not either party. If the white house would have kept their hand out of the empty pot we would be over a trillion dollars less in debt. GRANTED the economy would still be on it's slippery slope, but no one can say for sure how long.

  • I cant wait till November so i can vote against this stupid piece of shit prick. John Boner is butt fucking Ohio..

  • It's the president's job to pillage as much as he can for he and his. I'd say he's doing it nicely.

  • obama=ONE BIG A** MIstake AMERICA!

  • It's not the presidents job to create jobs. The free market should do that. I'm voting for Pelosi in my district ( CA - 8 ) because she's a woman.

  • @jacquelineveronique No, it's not the presidents job to create jobs nor is it his/their job to TAKE our jobs and pass legislature that will end jobs, and increase taxes and increase government size. Our government Employs over 1/2 of the American workers and their pay has increased while private sector jobs have had huge wage decreases. This is being done on purpose. So, by all means vote for the wicked Witch of the West. Few of us are sure she's a woman. The jury is still out!!

  • @organichik

you don't like women in politics and that's why you are against Pelosi, you're just a dumb women with no self respect, which is just as bad as being a racist or nazi

  • @jacquelineveronique I didn't resord to name calling ie.racist remarks. Are you by any chance left handed? I am all for Women in policitcs just not the “We have to pass the bill to know what’s in the bill” kind of ignorant person who presumes to know what's best for me. Besides She always acts drunk! I am QUITE capable of making my own decisions, work for a living, pay my own mortage & buy my own gas! LoL and I have relf-respect that's why I felt compelled to respond to the lame comment.

  • @organichik

I'm right handed but my twin sister is left handed, soo ?

I'm voting for Boxer and Pelosi and you down in Texas can kiss my liberal ass.

You lost the civil war to my mom's ancestors, lol

  • @jacquelineveronique Another comment that shows just how fucking dumb you are. Yes the free market creates jobs, but your false prophet, lying Barack Obama, is doing EVERYTHING he possibly can to destroy the free market in favor of a big government-controlled socialist "market." Were you born stupid, or do you have to work at it?

  • let me ask the one question that always drawls the best out of you sheep, what has a republican done to make this country in recent history? very curious to hear your insults, i mean propaganda, i mean lies, i mean answers, oh whatever , jsut name something that has made the country better done by a republican. never mind the other stuff

  • @thebestanswerever bahhh, bahhh, bahh ram uuu, bahhh ram uuuu too sheep be true

  • Where are the jobs? India, China, Mexico.....I hear Haliburton is hiring.

  • Full employment doesn't lend itself to Marxism. In order to implement Marxism, more people must be totally dependent on government for their sustenance.

  • I'm not an american, i'm dutch, living in Holland. From the outside looking to america it seems that americans in general are expecting massive change to all things they didn't like about the last administration within one or two years max. That is very unrealistic. I think the US now finally has a president who understands this and is willing to make a change but isn't backed by his people because he can't generate short term results. I think this president should be given a bit more slack.

  • @commodorebas When that administration is given $3 trillion dollars it shoulds have happen in 6 months "TOPS".

The only damn change we want at the time he was elected was to get our gas prices down below $3 again. Then fade away into the night.

it took 2 years to bring his lying and thieving ass to a slow down. But come Nov 2 we will bring him to a stop. and with a good damn chance of kicking his lying and thieving ass out.

  • @MrSTANDFORAMERICA Thank you! "*_*"

  • @commodorebas Obama has taken Bush policy and put it on steroids. Their policies a the same and the people do not want more and bigger government with high taxes. We want less government and lower taxes.

  • @quizerry , Don´t we all...

  • @commodorebas but with lower taxes and smaller government comes with. We buy our own healthcare. Education is done local. if you want to go to college, you and and only you pay for it.Not be taxed for it.

  • Comment removed

  • @commodorebas The Majority of AMERICANS DO NOT want socialism, communism, or to BE OWNED. (the ones that didn't drink the koolaide) WE DID NOT WANT MASSIVE CHANGE. We want less government, Our Constitution and FREEDOM in tact and for the hjijackers to jack----! The only thing this one knows is to attempt to dismantel our Constituition and destroy the greatest country in this world. That's right!! If you like him so much have him move to Holland. We won't mind......

  • @organichik He is more than welcome, So, you think you had a lot of freedom under Mr. "jackass" Bush? If you think the us is the greatest country in the world than you haven't been paying much attention to what you're great country is doing to other cultures and countries to bring them socalled "freedom".

And I'm not only refering to the gulf. I think a large part of the us population is ignorant of the fact that freedom has a different meaning in other parts of the world...

  • @commodorebas Didn't say that! PLEASE don't put words in this Patriots mouth...I cannot be judged for what a selfish un"leader" does. Judge me by MY deeds... Yes, We have been fooled by elite, hopefully no more... I am for Equality for all..Just like the rest of the world we are subject to being dummied down...When do you want possession.. 11.2.10? Have a great day. Going to work!!

  • Orange Man needs to lose HIS job! I didn't see this freak complaining when DUHbya wiped out the massive surplus Clinton left behind. I despite hatriot hyprocrites!

  • One reason why unemployment is so high is because there is a complete lack of confidence in the market from Americans. The jobs are out there, and it's time people started picking them up- that's how to get the economy back on track, and no matter how much you spend, how much you cut taxes, how many companies you bail out- that does not solve the confidence problem. We are certainly in economic recovery, and THE JOBS ARE RIGHT HERE.

  • @VoiceHunter Open your eyes. Notice the empty store fronts. Ask any retail business person how business is, and they will tell you it is way off. We are in recovery? There are plenty of jobs?450 000 new unemployment claims this month, And you think the economy is in recovery and there are plenty of jobs?

Seems you have found your voice. But, where are your brains?

  • Where are the jobs? Allow me to answer that question. A recent Gallup surveys shows a whopping 38% of companies nationwide saying that they are understaffed. Just over a majority say they have the right number of workers. Jobs are available. Just last summer my family and I were going to the beach every once in a while, and we spotted three "Help Wanted" signs on malls and shops. The jobs are out there, and the companies are looking.

  • @VoiceHunter Yes they are understaffed, they layed 1/2 their employees off. It was either lay them off or go under. And that's just a matter of time.

Yes we have all seen those signs. Did you go up and ask about the job? No you didn't. Next time ask. "Full time or part time" you'll find it's part time. then ask how much. And they'll tell you minimum wage. Then ask what age range they are looking for, and they'll tell you, teenager.

That's no job that's a 'video game for a teen money'.

  • @MrSTANDFORAMERICA Does it matter, full time or part time? A job is a job. If it ends up with you walking about every week with money in your pocket, then I'd be down on the ground, thankin' Jehovah that I could be identified as someone who is employed. And not only that, but not too long ago there was an opening in a dry cleaner store for a supervisor/trainer position in my area, experience required. The jobs are available if you look a little harder.

  • @VoiceHunter Yes it does. Part @ min wage is no more than $282.75 a week, then - taxes Right at $200.00.

When unemployment pays $482 a week. now that may sound great to a teen that has never worked, and is look for video game money or a concert ticket money, but not to live off of. Well it might work if you live like a bunch of cockroache mexicans. 30 to one apartment.

LOL guess you have never had to lower yourself to having to work as a supervisor/trainer position.Try it one time.At min wage

  • @MrSTANDFORAMERICA Taxes aren't that high. Slow down, there. In fact, Obama's cut taxes to historic proportions for the middle-class. Also, the way you characterize unemployment beneficiaries is quite condescending and untrue. The vast majority of people who are on unemployment or receive minimum wage are hardworking people, not just teen kids who want to play a video game.

  • @MrSTANDFORAMERICA That job I mentioned is actually pretty damn good. It's not "lowering yourself" at all, especially since it doesn't immediately turn down those who aren't as experienced.

  • You know the international ranking of the soundness of banks in the year 2009 ranks the USA 108th next to Tanzania and Azerbaijan. Doesn't that say something about what the rest of the world thinks about the USA's credit?

  • its funny republicans keep saying that government dosent create jobs,,, yet they keep blaming the president for not creating any jobs?.. IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE DEFICIT END THE WARS!!! YOU WANT TAX CUTS FOR THE RICH? FIGURE OUT HOW TO PAY FOR IT.. WITHOUT TOUCHING SOCIAL SECURITY OR MEDICARE!!

  • @STEEEVVYZ The only way the obama can create any job in the USA is by packing his bags and moving back to Kenya ands take his illegal family with him.

Then and only then will jobs be created as well as return from over seas. Then arrest every democrat that tried to destory America as we knew it. Place them all in prision for no less than life.

  • My son lost his job in 2008 and was out of work until a few months ago. The same company is still hiring. If you look at the unemployment numbers over time, the larges numbers of unemployment hit it highest point 4 months before Obama took office and have slowing gotten better over time. My family is fully employed now. Don't know if that will continue if the same republicans who took us into the recession get back in.

  • I would possibly vote for conservatives in the November election, but I found a job last month after job hunting for over a year. The thing is, the layoffs in my household happened WHILE Bush was still president, starting in the Spring of 2008. This is an improvement from THAT loss. So I'm going to stick with the party that seems to be doing something. (At the moment, this means Dems.) I'm independent, and my vote knows no loyalty. I for for what I see as the better of two evils.

  • Remember GOP's answer was that Bushtard!

  • Let's go backwards!!!

  • Here are the jobs: whitehouse.gov/videos/2010/October/101910_WhiteBoardJOBS.mp4

  • Where is the job??

  • Slash spending, cut taxes, and get rid of regulations that hamper free markets and you will get jobs. I have an Idea how about politicians cutting their own salaries 25%. Cut all government programs and funding by 10% to start. Then start abolishing agencies and programs that don't work. Like the dept of energy set up in the 70s to get us off foreign oil dependency. When it started we were 30% dependent on foreign oil now we are 70%. I'd say that is a huge failure.

  • Why should I, a taxpayer, provide you a subsidy? If your biofuel technology is so great, find some private investors and make the stuff. If it works, I'll gladly buy it. But I believe the reason why is because it ISNT a good investment, costs too much to make and not a good fuel source. So you come after taxpayers to fund it. Same with wind turbines. Crony capitalism at its worse.

  • @mspoliticalgirl and heres why we cant advance forward as a people...

  • @mspoliticalgirl Just so you know, your taxes have been subsidising gasoline for years. Without tax breaks, handouts, and other corporate welfare, the cost of a gallon of gas should be around 15 bucks.

  • I remember when Bush was President, our company couldn't FIND people to hire. All the skilled labor had jobs! Unfortunately, Pelosi & company started screwing with the economy in 2007 & it has been all downhill from there.

  • @TTURedRaidr ah yeah I remeber that. Even Mcdonalds was offering $10 for new hires. but that was short lived with democrats taking the house and senate. They lay people off and rehire people back at minimum wage.

  • Where is the miniscule slice of the biofuels pie we were promised? Since the Dems lied to us then turned their backs on us. That simply will not do. Frankly Mr. Minority Speaker, it is up to you and the GOP to get off your collective asses, grow some balls and a spine and even though a budget hawk (I am too) SOMETIMES INSTEAD OF SPENDING IT WOULD BE BEST IF THE $ WAS INVESTED IN AN AMERICAN COMPANY AT THE EDGE OF GIVING GOVT WHAT GOVT PUBLICLY REQUESTED, i'M HERE. WHERE WERE YOU? FUND MY CORP!

  • @IBScipio America is not a damn business. Government isn't a company that sells goods. There is no such thing as the government investing in a company. That's illegal. any company can do as all other companies have done, borrow the money and hope your invest makes enough to pay back the loan. The government should never use tax money in a risky investment in hopes of making a return. It's not their job or to use money that not theirs.

  • I own a biofuels company with disruptive technology that could already be employing many people. We applied to the government for a slice of the biofuels grant pie, and got screwed up the worst excuse for a man (let alone President) I have ever see so falsely proud of himself.

Giving away the biofuel commercialization funds to Cash for Clunkers was just to prop-up GM after he bought it. The rest of the funds as far as I have been able to find went to the corporations that bought his influence.

  • @IBScipio Here's what will make you compney work. If you put a good that everyone wants. If no one wants it, you company will go bust, and as it should. why should the rest of the nation flip the bill for your failed investment, then be stuck with your bill?

  • Asking a lib where are the jobs...is like asking a lib to help defend this country!! They have no clue and no interest in either! :)

  • Sarge, if you look at the jobs during the Bush years, unemployment averaged 4-5%. In fact, unemployment in 2007 was 4.6. Then the DEMs came to power and began the process of killing jobs, first by raising the minimum wage. The group of people that has the highest unemployment are youth, especially black youth. Businesses have to pay more for unskilled labor and the higher wage unfortunately curtails entry-level jobs. Also, we had record tax revenues after the tax cuts but Congress spent it.

  • Sarge714 don't be so silly. Congress has been held by the Democrats for years now. The last two years the Democrats have had the power to do anything they want. So it would be hard to not conclude they prefer a big government and a small economy. Sarge714 you really should be smiling.

  • Yeah, let's try some more supply-side economics. That'll fix everything, right Boehner? You sure you guys want the House this time around?

  • @Republican4Jayzuz before the rat dems took over in 2007, unemployment was 4.5%! Do some homework before you copy and paste future-speaker Boehner's name in your silly posts!

  • Hey John

If tax cuts for the rich create Jobs as YOU claim, where are the Jobs they created? It's been 8+ years of Bush tax cuts.

You sat on your lazy Republican butt for the last 2 years saying NO to anything that would help working families. Healthcare reform, Bank Reform, Unemployment. People lost their jobs because of YOUR republican trickle down economics joke. And instead of manning up and admitting YOU republicans screwed up, you take away working families unemployment. STFU

  • The best thing for the Dems would be for the Tea Party folk (who're upset that Barack hasn't got the jobs goiing again in 2 yrs) to be elected, because they won't be able to turn the economy around in the next 2 yrs either, which will result in the Dems having an even bigger victory in 2012.
