That foam doesn't look like it expands very well either, how's the density of the expanded foam? Since the lines aren't heated, does ambient temperature have an impact on the finished product? Whats the max R value that can be achieved?
The finished van on your website looks like it came out great btw.

say, before a residing...
...this is not cheap.
especially if you fill the wall bays with a full 3.5 inches.

This foam will not harm electrical wires. It is not recommended for application over very old or bad wiring.
