i love this plane, and the airshow. it was sad to me that they got grounded for cockpit problems.

Actually, the Eagle is superior than the Flanker in most areas. No Eagles have been shot down, but Eagles have shot down Flankers. But personnaly, I think the Eagle looks better. :)

Better do you school work some more sonny..no Su-27's have ever been shot down by F-15's. If you're speaking of simulated combat kills..the combat edge is speculative. Inside of 10nm, the edge goes to Su-27/35 with IRST and R-73 Archer AA missile. AIM-9X has caught up in capability. Either weapon platform can win the day provided it has the proper support package.

gay flying...no tail back slide like the russians, no cobra manouver like the su 27, no slow flying stalls....just crappy stuff.

Try a Cobra or Tail slide in combat. You will be amraam bait. Those maneuvers are just Air Show tricks. There is a reason why the Eagle has NEVER been shot down in Air to Air Combat for over 30 years now.

a good fighter...but i think the russian su-27 is just a little better...(i wouldn't know why...just that the russian plane looks better)
