Any other manufacturer, I'm jumping around a little on this one but back to Ford, the chassis that they have is superb, because of the outside-chassis suspension design. The 2nd gen Cummins front ends were the ones all fucked up, and the powerstroke, as far as I see, only had the 6.0L which was the biggest pile out there.
