That dealer is full of crap!, end of the month or year is a better time then beggining, can you say sales quotas! It doesn't have to be snowing sideways, snow is good, anything that will decline traffic in the showroom. Also, I hear, black friday is a good day as well as the week between chrismass and newyear. Leasing is not so great, iits very american though, buying something you rally can't afford.
