I had spontaneous OBEs and it took years till i found these clips, read Monroe and realize i am perfectly normal. this doesn't make sense at all...once you live the body, you cannot have memory of what you experience or any feelings etc.. Memory is stored in the brain in a physical form...He just dreams in some sort of consciouss form...and thinks his dreams are real...I think awareness exist in non physical form- its the fundemantal existence and it is global...awareness is global and it is not personalized as he experience...There is no "I" once you live the body...

I been prticing out of body for about 15 years i been teaching it for 6. to have an out of body exspirence it only takes two teqniuqs thats it.all those book you read teaches crazy hard ways. you just need to do two teqniqe. aftwer awile you will start to feel the vibration.you can tell when you are close to having a out of body by how real your dreams become night after night.Yes THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE AN OUT OF BODY IT WILL SCARE THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF THAT HOW YOU TELL ITS REAL!

at the end of the tunel with "Jesus" or "Allah" or "Buddha" etc... The truth is the being of light is YOU YOURSELF on a higher frequency of evolution. You meet your part, your "I there" and once you evolve to his level you absorb his light and "collect him/her" and move on to collect the other higher evolved "I there" parts ?
