yeah, it goes faster....this is level 8 of 20. i think it's about the pace we climb the Mist Trail, right? It's a great fat-burner... 400 calories in 30 minutes. For the next video, I'll kick it up a few notches... should be more interesting to watch because i'm pretty sure i'll be falling off the bottom a lot!!
