You have to acknowledge that the officer needs to do his job too. If he gets a complaint in his beat he has to clean it up. But I think the officer in this video was actually giving the preacher advice on where he can preach so that he wont get any complaints from the residents. He's actually telling him to continue to preach the word of God and not flat out arrest or cite the preacher like the other homo-loving cops do.

I'm a Christian, but it's my opinion that his 1st amendment rights were not violated, as he was specifically told that he could continue to preach, just not as loud as he'd been. He is only being warned of violation of a local noise ordinance

They're upholding the law, which in this case relates to a noise ordinance in Lancaster City. Get a variance from the police to be allowed to preach loudly, or don't do it.

What a patient and professional police officer! The concern here is freedom of religion. You are exercising that right, but you will have to keep it at a lower volume so that you will respect the freedom of religion for others. It's pretty conflicting, but nice video.
