  • That was great. Thank you. I remember hearing him talk about those cats of his. He adored them. It's nice to see one of them at last.

  • Nice Video...

  • SimiusDei,you did a excellent job.I agree, Art is the man.Though he'll never top Art,i think George does a great.

  • Alway's loved the show & Still do with George Noory!!!!! Great Tribute!!! +10

  • From the High Desert!......... in the Great! American South West. Nothing like traveling across the country changing radio stations to keep up with the show. Sometimes five stations competing at one time trying to figure out what area you're coming in to so you can get the best station. Art seemed to really listen instead of just asking questions.

  • who did art bells opening theme, anyone? miss listening to art!!!

  • Lots of nights listening to Art's shows..so great! Nice Tribute! Miss his laugh!

  • LONG LIVE THE KING (ART BELL RULES)

  • I remember many happy nights listening to C2C at the cottage. God bless you ART, we miss you!

  • I love George Noory and have had the pleasure of meeting him. He was a very nice and funny man, but I agree with those who say there is no one who can replace Art Bell. He is the original, and there is no one who can fill his shoes. George is doing a show completely different from Art's, and that is a good thing because anyone who tried to copy Art would fail. He's the only one who could do what he used to do. It's great when he still hosts from time to time.

  • Art is a legend in radio broadcasting.......

  • He still hosts the show at least once a month... right?

  • well, i wouldn't say "once a month", but from what i can tell he still does ghost to ghost and his annual predictions show at least. and then there's the art bell: somewhere in time thing that comes on for an hour before the main show on saturday nights.

  • @ap2291 about every 3 weeks

  • i love Art. George is OK, but Ian is terrible IMO. I love listening to Art's Somewhere in Time shows.

  • George is also very good.

  • Happy Retirement, Art. I still love listening to the old episodes of Coast To Coast AM with Art Bell on Saturday nights. =)

  • Cool tribute, I hadn't seen some of these pics before. Peace and well wishes to you, Art. May the CIA be abolished and may crooked men suffer justice.

  • God Bless you, Art. I never had the priviledge of calling in to your show , or speaking to ypu personally, but I have stayed up several nights being entertained and educated by you and your guests. You've been a quintessential inspiration to me for years to come. You're one hell of a great guy! Thanks for the memories. Mike in Fresno, Ca.

  • No comparison to the fake Noory. Art is the Cash of late night talk radio. From the middle of the desert in the middle of the nite............

  • and from the land of Nye....(we can't forget that ) Art is the best. The others are good. Art is still King of Coast to Coast. Mike in Fresno, Ca.

  • Love Art Bell! Thanks for the playlist!!!!

  • Thanks for posting these wonderful photos of Art!! I've never seen many of them

  • Dont tell me he,s passed away?

  • As far as we know, No. Art is very much among the living. He retired in 2007 to spend more time with his new wife, Airyn, and new baby. I'll sure miss his shows on Coast to Coast AM. And how he used to get J.C. wound up tight. Art got mileage out of this clown several times- funny as Hell! Mike in Fresno, Ca.

  • Who is the guy who drives around in a camper van and dose radio shows? I,m sure it was Art Bell.

  • will someone please tell me what happened to art did he quit retire

  • Great job! I miss his late night rides sooooo much.

  • god bless art bell!!!!!!! he has showed us all so much

  • Found Art on the radio in 95. Loved the show. Thank you Art for the memories and the fun.

  • had many a fun night listening to art. good tribute

  • Nice tribute! And you couldn't have picked a better song. I sure do miss him and those "late-night rides"!

  • can you prove beyond a shadow of doubt that which you accuse art of ???

  • Love Art and his work. Thank you Sir!

  • Nice tribute to Art.He was the fist to have a show of this kind.

  • I enjoy listening to Art Bell, George Noory, and Ian Punnett. I also like the fact Art Bell didnt screen his calls, this made stuff more interesting. Whenever he's on I try to find time to listen.

  • I miss Art so much the show has changed for the worse without his guidance. I rarely listen now when George Noory is on, hes a leftwing tool. Art never brought politics into his shows if he could help it and it made the show a haven from the daily world. Art we miss you.

  • Amen. Art Bell is so much better than Noory. Art was so good at keeping the show flowing with good questions and comments. Noory breaks the flow with moronic questions. The guest could be discussing an alien and George might ask "so...what kind of car do you drive" ?

  • yeh i agree...art asked the questions you want to hear. someone would make a wild claim and art would follow up....you are right. norry can disregard what was said and go off about some random thing. it is annoying. he is better than ian though and does a good job overall.

  • Agree with you, George does OK, not like Art, but OK. I can't even listen to Ian. The last time I tried was when he had an interesting guest, but he ended up out-talking the guy. I mean the poor guy could not get a word in edge-wise from the moronic ranting of Ian. At least George will let a guest talk. I wonder if Ian knows people don't tune in to hear stories from his childhood and life.

  • yeah, ian seems to take the devil's advocate position just for the hell of it, no pun intended. i just want to hear the person's point of view and judge it myself as i listen, or hear the callers call the guest out on stuff. at least george clarifies and tries to get the guest to elaborate their view.

  • thanks for a great tribute to a great man.art ia a natural born american original!as far as him wedding a sweet young filapina goes, you should all be as smart to do so as i have also done.GOD BLESS you ATR BELL...

  • Thanks for the tribute!! I too started listening in 93. He talked about things no one else would. Over the years he got better and better. Fearless and fair, he created adventure. His guests were always interesting. He helped a lot of folks improve their discernment. He was entertaining and fun! Conductor for late night travelers?! I hope he is happy and at peace with his new life!! God bless you ART!!

  • ART Whoooooooooooooooooooooo ?

  • I think it's funny how everyone thinks it's their job to judge other people, and do God's job for him/her/it.. Less the be judged, I'm sure non of you are perfect either.

I personally think Art is an American hero, as he stands up for his FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT. WAY TO GO ART, keep up the good work.

  • "Art Bell has a propensity to promote lies, misinform, and intentionally mislead his audience. He redirects their energy into chasing rainbows, aliens, UFOs, bigfoots, cities on Mars, ghosts, voices from hell in a well dug in Siberia, and many other loony toon subjects so that his audience is always lost in woo woo land. His audience is so bombarded with lies that they will never know or address the real enemy or problems that we face. " - Bill Cooper

  • I've listened to Art since 93. He is not a liar. You are deceived.

  • Awesome tribute to art

  • Never Heard of ART BELL!!!!!

  • Thnk you for the nice video. He carried many of us through many nights with such captivating abilities. I miss him so much.

  • Art Bell Who ???????

  • i never heard of art bell until now he have a kewl show ,it's very interesting show i like i hope this show stay on 90yrs and i hope more thanks art love ya.

  • He's been through alot over the years. I think it really took it's toll. I also noticed a difference in his voice the past few years.

  • Art Bell gave us all so many great radio hours.I hope he comes back, but I don't think he has the drive anymore.

I heard it in his voice the last couple years,he does

    care anymore...

  • Art Bell...The living legend! C2C would not be what it is today without him.

  • I started listening in the spring of '94 and it has been a loooooong ride and it was fun! I will always remember the nights I would drive and listen with to my family and thats what C2C was, a family, it kept me awake and entertained for years.

  • indeed.

  • @exodusfromrock same here, 1994, his shows used to creep me out, I like the chupacabra show...

  • Nice Video - thanks for making it. There's no one like him...

  • :) thank you and you're welcome. To quote a certain wrestler..."Best there is, Best there was, Best there ever will be"

  • Good video. I'll miss him too.

  • hehe thanx. my first one :). As George says, Art is THE Legend.
