checkerpro87 yeah its actualy a commonly used manuver, the engine burns out at max power, the pilot then turns the plane upside down and turns the ngines off and pulls back on the stick, at 120 degrees the pilot then turns the engine at max with after burners and keeps pulling up untill he turns arround at the angle he likes,

the same move was used in the movie "Stealth"

Close, but you don't have to shut the engines off, just throttle back to idle. Thats the real trick behind the Cobra... Its not whether your airframe can take it or if your plane can enter it, its if your engines can keep burning while you do it.
