Anyway the system is still good, nato had trouble takeing out the original S-125s in Serbia and those took an hour to move! Lowering this to 10 minutes seriously reduces chances of destruction. Also reduction of output power and the optic channel reduces chance of electronic detection.
I Worked as Operator in F1/F2 Axis in Old S-125M "Neva M"
(with Vaccum Tube electronics)
and Yes this System is very old,but still
have the ability to reach targets at decent heights.But Radar is Weak point becouse his Tracking limitations per one target .
But imagine S-125 Missiles launchers integrated to S-300PMU1 acquisition radar,and Command center i think that with appropriate modifications and integration,Becouse of Radio Controled Missiles,this system will gain full Multi-target Ability
@odzadze123 I have seen better upgrades to S-125 than this. The system has to be more mobile! The Polish upgrade puts the FC on a MAZ truck, its mobile in 5 minutes. The digital electronic upgrade and the improved TV channel are good, but are also available in other upgrades too. The integration of this system with 5N64 of S300 is cool, but its on the expensive side I think. For lower budget, its better to make this mobile.
I need two system in case Israel bombs me.

I think you can engage 2 targets by using both the radar and TV/Optical guidance at the same time.
The Polish upgrade uses a modified T-55 as the missile carrier/launcher
