1. put on you fireman outfit. (Just Kidding)

2. Get a lid. Make sure it fits the pan or bigger. And place it on the pan.

3. Turn off the gas (or electic)

4. Call the fire department anyways and have them check.

5. Get out of the house and warn neighbours.

Often the fire can ignite the hood over you stove because of the grease in it.
