However thank you for putting this video out, there is a lack of information out there for men and also a misunderstanding of the need for men to do these exercises. Even if you havnt had surgery- strengthening these muscles brings better control and an increased response in your sex life.

Good introduction, pelvic floor exercises were simple and well explained.
Not sure that crunches especially obliques are really going to be a priority or going to work directly for PC muscles.
The muscles you need to work with the 'team' of pelvic floor muscles are the TA which is a deep muscle that wraps around the 'waist' inserts/ originates from the ribs and spine to pelvis.
