  • However thank you for putting this video out, there is a lack of information out there for men and also a misunderstanding of the need for men to do these exercises. Even if you havnt had surgery- strengthening these muscles brings better control and an increased response in your sex life.

    Also check out Pilates exercies but beware there is a lot of rubbish out there in the pilates world too

  • Good introduction, pelvic floor exercises were simple and well explained.

    Not sure that crunches especially obliques are really going to be a priority or going to work directly for PC muscles.

    The muscles you need to work with the 'team' of pelvic floor muscles are the TA which is a deep muscle that wraps around the 'waist' inserts/ originates from the ribs and spine to pelvis.
