Nice man! That's some serious weight. If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you? I'm trying to get a gauge on how big the tire is I lift. I'm 6'4 and I think the one I do high reps with is about 600 to 700 pounds.
@idiotgear well i think you now know how. forget going to the gym and 'whaling' on your 'pecs'. START by being a man, and the manliNESS will naturally follow.
@godfuel you're either a dumbass, have never been around tractors or wheels in general, have terrible sight, or are just a straight up troll. it's 1200. i know because it's exactly what my father just had me help him put on his tractor not even 2 weeks ago. i call BS on your comment. douche.
Anyone kno how much psi it takes to POP OFF a super-glued quarter from a smooth sidewalk? I POPPD 2 of 'um with a flathead, 1 spinning Horse kick correctly placed with items( woodchips and rock to hold steady) and tha 2nd I wanted more like upper body involvment so I like Deadlift/pryed it. and there was a nickel I Poppd w/ 1 hand, Reply in a comment to My UserName!!!!!
I can do that about 90 times...but then my mom asks me to put the riding lawnmower back together! That's insane dude, I tried that once with a tire not that big...thought I was gonna die.
Contact your local junk yard or tire store. They keep the old ones. I got mine for free. Just had to pick them up. Man that Dude's a beast....and that tire's pretty big too!
To get tire this size find a tire company that services construction companies they will give them to you for free because they have to pay disposal and recycle fees they will give you as many as you want I have three
@tino190 Try tire stores that sell tires for tractors and such, it usually costs them to get rid of the old ones, so they'll give them to you for free.
just go on ebay ull find them there but obviously u will have to pick em up as they wnt fit in your letter box lol. otherwise go to your local scrap yard or farm,i want to use them but got nowhere to keep them
Just got one from a quarry for free. They pay for disposal so if you can come pick it up they will probably let you have it. Be careful. The quarry I got mine from were excited about this never used retread they had written off. It weighs around 700. I really needed something around 500.
@TriSurfer25 go to rural area around your city you can probably find some shitty ones a farmer left out at the side of a field just take it theyll burn them anyways
Most Videos seem to be adding a few hundred lbs to the tire. This one looks legit for sure! Great work, that second dude is a F'in beast! Great work guys!
My bad fellas! I just looked you up and realized who you were. I workout with Chris Grayson, who speaks very highly of you and your workouts! It's a pleasure you have found your videos, you have a new subscriber! Great videos and information! Your reputation preceeded you and you didn't disappoint!
Damn. You boys are pretty damn strong. I do the spartan workout with a big forklift tire. Im not sure the weight on it, but its pretty heavy I suppose. Im only 170 lbs, so its enough for me right now.
the reason the first guy such a hard time struggling is cuz he was screaming of the top of his lungs, and he was waisting all his energy. the 2nd guy was cool calm and collected and didnt make noise like he was giving birth thus saving his energy.
your correct. and it wasnt until later did I realize this. Now I flip the same tire 10 times a set... easy. (im also about 20 pounds heavier). you must be pretty good at moving heavy shit too.
YEA i do. I lift weights 4-5 times a week. That is the same tip my personal trainer gave me when i first started to lift weights. I flip a tire everytime i go to the gym and i jump in and out of it everytime i flip it, gets u a good cardio exercise in too. The tire you are flipping is pretty damn heavy, now i need to find me a tire that size a flip it a bit lol.
@strengthcamp To be fair that other guy had a good bit of weight on you. But with practice comes perfect as they say. Pretty badass btw, biggest tires I can find to use around here are only 500-600.
@strengthcamp i laughed hard when you said "moving heavy shit too" im 15 and my dad works at a company and he has these tires, he donated one to a football team for a worker and they all lift it. very nice video thumbs up!

actually looks like a really good full body work out. also it seems a lot safer than weights cuz theres less risk of dropping it on yourself

although if you drop it on yourself, you are 99% guaranteed to get fucked up.

MrProathlete 1 year ago
@TriSurfer25 try ditches outside farms or ask a farmer, thats where i got mine.
if you live in a city maybe try to locate a scrap yard as rubber is really hard to recycle and im sure they will give you one free.
dont buy new it'll probably cost thousands
fustertek 1 year ago
@TriSurfer25 you could get one from any farm i'm sure.
