Well, actually, if you think of it, Rumia is the only youkai who looks childish (at least the only one I can quickly think about now), so she maya ctually truly be a child :P.

All the other super old youkais are adult-looking, meaning that they probably stop aging after finishing growing.

The other "hundred-year-old-kids" are vampires who were turned/made as kids, fairies who always look like kids, and satori/koishi who are something that were kids in legend too.
