He wasn't in charge when the contracts were written, and if he had refused the bonuses, then he would have burned a ton of money fighting off lawsuits from the 'bonused' employees, adn most of them work in England, so it's not like we can seize this money easily. He should have gone b4 congress months ago, and asked for backing from them. The CEO should be in jail for fraud and sued for mismanagement. Dead just creates controversy.. put him in a holle.
