I can understand the Floyd influences, but Jim Olliges' voice > Roger Waters' + David Gilmour's voices combined. He's not the best vocalist of all time, but he is in the running. IMO, the only contemporary competition he has vocal-wise is Robin Pecknold of Fleet Foxes.
