Yes it's Germany (Bavaria).
Seems like it's kindof loud. Does it get annoying in the house? Looks like you got the spiral down, just the occasional crash. thing is cool

it is a little anoying but its is so much fun my favorite toy of the year ive gottin mine to stay up for 5 mins i know that dosent seem like much but it is if you thinking of getting it GET IT ITS GREAT
