My favorite Sonic villian(counting Shadow as an Antihero), and one of the most powerful. Not difficult, but he took so much to beat, and he didn't even use the chaos emeralds. I mean, three Super beings, the ultimate lifeforms, the greatest of the E-Series, a double agent, the chaotix, and team rose. Tough. WIth a good theme song.
