well iguess with spidey dead even with no time paradox the universe is going to find some way to bring him back. it always does ether through a replacement from a diffrent timeline or even his ultimate (younger) self might replace him. there are so many spidermen it is rediculous. so i guess madam web can get one of his reincarnations/ancesters/alter­nate univers etc etc etc to take the job. after all last time he died (in comics) 2099 spiderman went back in time to prevent that (game).
