  • How can I learn to meditate? I want to have more inner peace and joy.

Focus on relaxing your muscles. Take slow deep breaths through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Session can be 5-10 minutes.

Address issues which may be taxing your energy and time causing you more stress. Find at least one thing to be thankful for each morning. Be happy for little things!
