  • the condos on the opposite side where the video started is our place top on the corner

  • oops i jumped the gun, this is the new area ha

  • since this video its been totallyy remodeled the whole pool is different , and the bar

  • thats the place i love to go too, its even nicer now after it was nearly destryed ina hurricane and the staff is extreemely frendly

  • I ran out of both cash and credit... I doubt that I'll get a chance to go again.

  • We bought at Sunset Fishermen's in 2006 and were never able to use the place due to no availability! Now they are after us for maintenance fees for the unit we could never use! Our complaint with Profeco is about to be closed and we are still out $14k with nothing in return. I have been contacted by others ripped off by Sunset Group - were you ripped off too?

  • They didn't get us the same way. We had a suite that sleeps ten at the Royal Sunset and my wife wanted to stay at Fishermen's. We could not trade because of availability, We were told that we had to buy at Fishermen's in order to stay there, so we traded in our timeshare at Royal for one at Fishermen's. We got the use of what we paid our fees for, but I often found it frustrating to deal with Sunset because they tell you one thing to get you to buy, and then the rules change once you own...

  • OMG I love the water!! Very cool!! very pretty. thx for the tour Cindy.

Andy you are allowed to get behind, look at me. lol Don't tell Cindy but I would be on my laptop too. teehee

  • There will be more great stuff from Mexico eventually. I'm sure Cindy has figured out that my computer is coming along on all future vacations :)

  • Oh that's a great tour and makes me want to jump on a plane and go. There's Andy YouTubing on vacation. LOL Good one! -Jim

  • Going through all the footage is like being there again! The best part of having a laptop is the ability to take you all along on a vacation with us :)

  • Awesome! I'd love to go to Mexico, Ken Kesey/Tom Wolfe stylee!

  • I have been there three times now. I don't have any plans for going in the next couple of years...

  • I gotta do mexico someday

    so.. did you buy?

    nice hat

  • LOL I will reveal what happened in an upcoming video...

  • This was balsam to my frozen body... :) :)

  • It's just amazing what you can do with a good tree...

  • That looks like bliss right now, it's still snowing here outside and it's supposed to be in the teens all the coming week...I saved this until now. I stayed at Dreams Cancun last Feb, it was nice there too! Looking forward to your Las Vegas impressions, BBW.

  • All we're getting is that incessant drizzling rain and dark cloudy days... Vegas... Where do I start? I prefer the desert that surrounds it, to be frank...

  • I liked the desert too but it's that nagging idea in the back of my head, when I go there, that I could win some cash for once and maybe only have to have ONE job then until I retire... ahhhh nice idea, ha ha.

  • The idea of going into deeper debt somehow always wins out to the idea of winning piles of cash. I keep going into deeper debt anyway, so why speed up the process?

  • He he I guess I figure I am going into debt a little too, but I budget my money for that once a year to try and get the big prize. I don't smoke and I don't do much else so I figure what the hell might as well.

  • Beautiful views there. My favorite was the mermaids.

  • The mermaids were very special...

  • I need a trip.

(peers in wallet.lonely moth flutters out)

  • I needed this trip too... The part that I didn't need was the mountains of debt!

  • thanks for the tour : )

  • You're welcome!

  • it's been years since I've been to Mexico and that area. I used to go down to a place south of there every year and we rented cottages on the beach with hammocks. I can smell the seafood grilling now and...is that a blender whirring?

I need some sun. Nice post, nice place Andy.

  • Yep! that *&^%^# blender interrupted the sound from MANY YouTube videos... If it's been several years since you were in the area you wouldn't recognize it today. Cottages on the beach with hammocks is a better vacation than all the other stuff, but it IS an investment...

It is a nice place. We will go again someday...

  • Hmmmm I could with something like this. In fact I'd settle for just the sunshine, it's freezing here. Well, I guess it's the same for you at the moment.

  • It's mostly just cold right here and now. It rained hard for a whole week! At least that has stopped...

  • Looks really like a beautiful place to relax. But I am still more about exploring the real towns ... I love to get off track and see how it is looking beside the nice tourist stuff.

Wasn't it actually a cindyjo57 video? Ah no ... just when I type it at around 4 mins who appears there? Hehehe, the fehquig in holidays with his laptop, lol ;o)

  • There are not many places left off the beaten track in the Mayan Riviera, as the whole region's economy is geared for tourism. I like Isla Mujeres best out of all the places that I have seen in the region...

Cindy gave me shit for stealing her footage, but she stole some of mine a few months ago :)

    Fair is fair!

  • yay naked bronze chicks!

Looks like a nice place to be :)

  • LOL Nik, you do have a way with words...

It was mostly nice. Very nice would have included WiFi in my quiet room rather than only in the noisy lobby...

  • May favorite spot would be the bar in the pool.

  • We didn't do the bar much. It was cheaper to get all our groceries and booze at the Wal Mart instead of going all-inclusive, so I'd bring a few cans of beer with me in my backpack when going to the beach...

  • Yes, OhCurt is happy. And no I didn't have any idea. LOL

The high quality wide screen is just made for things like this. That place is gorgeous.

The pool and hot tub are my fave, I think.

  • Next time I comment on one of your vids from a vacation spot I'll tell you :)

We did spend a bit of time in the hot tub but many times it was cold or the jets were not on. Frankly, I spent more time in the ocean than I did in that pool...

It's a good thing that I can consistently post high quality now. For a while there, YouTube would sometimes give me quality and sometimes not when I rendered to MP4 with iMovie HD. Now with 08 I get quality every time!

  • That's cool that you're getting high quality on a consistent basis with 08, especially since last I heard there were still a lot of people complaining about it and downgrading to the previous version.

BTW, I wound up having a dream that took place in a hotel with the same layout of your hotel. I'm blaming that on this video. LOL!

  • I always do my editing with the old version of iMovie HD, compress it to the highest quality possible, and then import the completed video to 08 to get the 9:16 aspect ratio and use the "Publish To YouTube" feature which takes care of uploading. Using YouTube's uploader would allow high quality viewing only randomly even though I made all the videos the same way... It was frustrating. Don't get me wrong, I still hate iMovie08. I only like the "Publish" feature...

  • WOW! I never knew my little videos of Mexico would have such an impact... I accept the blame :)

  • Beautiful Place....What a great Tour Guide!

  • I concur. Cindy's a great narrator!

  • wow cool place nice video

  • Thank you! I'll make more!

  • Looks great, bet your missing this place.

  • We will go back someday. Cindy and I own a piece of it, or at least some bank does and I make the mortgage payments...
