all these illogical explanations... if three years are cycle for body and mind, and I will go to retreat how do I know that Im not starting this retreat in the middle of this cycle ? or do you have to start in the beginning of cycle for instance when you are exactly 21 ? :)) or: when I start the retreat, is the cycle restarted and is starting from there ?? :))
