  • bravo!

  • Kickass range of motion!

  • fuck man, great form, you had way more than 6 in you it looked like. which is nuts, considering its over a thousand friggen pounds haha

  • NICE

  • LIIIGHTTT WEEEEIGHT BABBBBYYYYYY

    beauty range of motion

  • dammit I only do 360. I'm 15. Is that good?

  • YEAAH BUDDY !

    good work , don't stop

  • Good job! Hey- does anyone know how this Cybex machine compares with the standard sled? It seems like it requires more force to get the weight up... Maybe I'm just imagining it.

  • yeah with the cybex its about an extra 100 ponnds thats just the foot plat form and axels.

  • by its design it places less stress on your joints as the platform moves with each rep

  • Man, I want that at home

  • i like the design of that machine. works great and seems to be harder than the normal 45* angled presses you see. btw u look great too. haha

  • Looks way harder than the normal joke leg press machine - those things make it look like people are twice as strong as they really are.

  • great, strong, lift and great form. Careful of the knees though in the greater than 90 degree range of motion...

  • his range of motion is perfect. you'll hardly see anybody else doing a full range of motion on a leg press or squat for that matter.

    Keep up the good work.

  • Agreed good range of motion nice smooth movement.

Apart from myself its the first I've seen to date.

    At last great stuff! KC

  • great machine ! good press...

  • solid

  • That machine is the best psychologically for putting up big weight. The idea of it crushing down on you is gone and you think your only moving it a small degree.

  • u look like you could of done another 4 or 5 reps

  • i want that machine! sake my gyms are nowhere near that good

  • ooh cool thats the 24hr fitness one..

  • i havent seen that kind of leg press before, looks cool.

  • man your strong, but i don't think you should bring your knees all the way to your chest

  • that wouldnt hurt anythig if anything it is better to do

  • Using Full Range of Motion has been Proven to be most Effective... This guy looks great (even tho I dont believe in leg press)

The Deeper the better... A squat, the most effective lift you can do is best when done very deep in proper form so you dont fuck up yourself.

  • Great form!

  • nice reps... finally after watching a few other leg press vids.

  • that is a very good leg press, better then the one I use

  • great he is doing it all right not like the others they want to tell us 1400 or more and dont even more theyr legs more than 20 cm

    great video keep goind on

  • As everyone else said... great ROM... All the other videos on here (1400lb....) movement doesn't even go past the safety/secondary stop!

  • very good form

  • Perfect full ROM. Very strong!

  • Beast!!

  • Definately can't argue about the full range of motion. I personally go down low aswell, don't feel any pain in the knees, so in my opinion, not bad for the knees. Hack squats kill my knees tho... The knees tell you when they're stressed. Also, dorian yates did full range of motion leg presses, and his knees are fine. This is great power

  • that is a nice full leg press, it isnt one of those leg presses where the weight goes down only 3 inches and someone puts their hands on their legs, there is not question about the legitimacy of the leg press

one suggestion though, holding your breath while lifting damages your eyes, dont hold your breath, not even for one second

  • Valsalva maneuver is the dangerous part silly. The increases thoracic pressure (which causes throacic veins to collapse) prevents venous return and causes you to pass out. The problem is figuring out if the motion actually needs a stable abdominal and throacic cavity or if he can relax them. The eye thing is increase in blood pressure from the actually exercise demand. You can't change that by changing your breathing.

  • nice form, with imperfections. The weight doesn't let you do a well controlled movement. U should keep feets higher (nice flexibility) and knees over 90 degrees. By the way I don't want to be a professor XD it's only a suggestion, do as u want.

  • A video worth watching.

  • great form man keep that shit up and JSherg everytime somedoes 3 inch leg press you say get the full movement in, then when someone does the full movement you say you risk damaging your knees? lol fuck u

  • i might put your feet an inch or two farther up, but that was a great set. Very strong. You obviously have great lower leg flexibility, cuz most people's heels would come up at the bottom of the movement.

  • Nice man.

  • His form isn't very safe, as he bends his legs at more than a 90 degree angle when lowering weight which could damage the knees

  • very nice, i know the pain. one tip though, next time Breath dammit

  • Hey what kind of shoes are those? And nice leg pressing!

  • Thanks, they are Adidas Goodyears.

  • really good form. Just curious is the hip sled machine (one where weights are on top) the same weight equivalent. Wondering if u tried that one and done the same weight.

  • I don't know if its exactly the same, but check out my other vids and you'll see me do the same weight (22 plates) for the same reps on a 45 degree sled.

  • Great fucken form cuz, not like some jokers I know who do pissy calf raises he he

  • thats ridiculously insane, you went all the way down too, fuckin nuts

  • thats a cool looking legpress machine

  • That must suck donkey's hairy shit-covered balls putting those weights on and off the machine :0

  • The loading is what I hate most about the presses. Ah, lovely machines with your little... pokey thing that goes in there.

  • ya, unloading sucks even more when your are tired. I have been super setting leg extensions with leg press lately. A real killer but this way I need alot less weight on the press.

  • holy crap!! you got some strong legs bro!!

  • pretty good

  • It's lbs, you should precise it ;)

  • bet it took you ages deloading all those plates lmfao

  • good shit

  • Fuckin nice bro. The most I was able to do was around 750 while in high school.

  • shit..u went low too...nice

  • i wonder what his max is

  • no clue, that was the most plates I could put on...

  • cant u just have someone that u know step on top of the machine?

  • thats what i call a leg press

  • lbs or kilos?

  • lbs

  • lbs of course.

  • that is crazy good job man!!

  • im with u on that one..

  • .........
