@Hoopermazing I am not using dropbox for this so I don't really know, please ask on the AnkiDroid Google Group, I am sure some people will know there!
Android phones have internet. Why can't you just download them straight from the internet? Now I would have to find a computer somewhere and download files. And if I'm on the go and would like another deck I cannot practice that, because I'd first have to find a computer.
@Allard88 I am glad you want this, because this is exactly what we are preparing! The development version of AnkiDroid allows one to download decks from the Internet, and synchronize online :-)
@tomkun01 Download Anki for your computer (it's free) and you'll get a better feel for it. It's really quite remarkable. It has audio, image and LaTex support...

Why can't you just import the deck from Ankionline?

@Hoopermazing With the latest alpha version, you can! It should reach the market in a month or two.

@NicolasRaoul ... will syncing media with dropbox work with that alpha version as well?

I don't like this method at all
I do like the program itself though

Hi jdawgzim,
Ankidroid does not support images and audio yet, but it is planned :-)
Images should come soon, someone is working on it.
Cheers!
