what should i do? i BMX and i take big risks like like doing big jumps and tricks and i can't wear a fullface because i sweat to much and its way to hot exspecialy in the summer so im getting a mouth guard for my open face helmet but should i just go to Wal-Mart and pick one up from there?

@WWEfan275 Not too many MTBrs / BMXrs, as far as I know, get mouth injuries. The reason is that this guy is giving multiple situations which won't really happen. People rarely get concussions from falling on the back of their head and having the jaw slam into their top teeth. don't worry about it but wear pads if you're gonna push yourself.

If you never boil the mouth guard and use it straight out the packet, you could lose your teeth. Whoever tried that is crazy, I did it once accidentally.
