  • The "movie" looks like a parody of those Mexican fairy-tale films from the 50's and 60's that K. Gordon Murray used to flog around the states at "kiddie matinees." Movies that scarred a generation . . .

  • @The1962driftingaway This segment is based on an actual 1957 German movie for kids called "Das singende, klingende Bäumchen" ("The singing ringing tree"). The film was bought by BBC Children TV, dubbed in English and serialised in the late 60's.
