First off The GLBT community would have to be recognized as a minority in the eyes of the federal law . As to Same sex marriages though I feel they should have the right to some degree( i.e. Civil Unions) . interracial relationships, which to date still is apposed by numerous groups and political members so when society can accept interracial relationships and a Black president running the country then we will be on the road as a whole being able to find acceptance of Same-sex marriages.

The judiciary has overstepped its bounds, I am a moron who ignores the concept of judicial review as a vital component of the system of checks and balances that ensures protection for minorities against the tyranny of a misguided majority. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Listening to the first guy, not only does he not seem to understand that the judiciary' s job i sin part to interpret laws as to their constitutionality (rule so flaws includes that laws have to abide by constitutional laws)..but i am still confused by his reasoning.
Why is he afraid that gays can do what he has taken for granted his entire life?
Did he feel the same way when he found out about warrentless wiretapping and torture?
This to me is a non-issue. If you don't agree with marriage equality, don't marry someone of the same sex! As a school teacher, I don't ever recall reading/citing the words..."with liberty and justice for ALL" and seeing the word, "except". Separate but equal does not, has not and should not work. We can not "eenie meenie miney moe" through our neighborhoods and point to who is allowed marriage or not. As a christian and American, I am for equality, love, and acceptance for all human life:)
The lady at 3:20 is about 141 years too late to stop this. The equal protection clause was the 13th,14th, and 15th amendments that guarantee that minorities are treated equal. Just because you don't like it does not mean that you can change it. You would have to repeal those amendments that protect us all...and that is not happening anytime soon. The law is on our side! The "people" do not get to "vote" on civil rights for minorities. Everyone is created equal.
