While the tone of this doc made it seem like this guy was walking into the lion's den, at the end I think he understood that, yeah, you're going to take a shitload of verbal abuse, but if you're cool about it you're not going to get physically assaulted. I've only been to a few opposing team's stadiums and there's going to be assholes that cross the line in all of them. Try to avoid them and you'll be fine in most cases.
