you did not finish your pull. your hips and knees should basically be extended, while you are shrugging and standing on your toes before your arms begin to flex
you started to bend your arms very early (when the bar got to your knees) which caused the bar to lose some inertia. Also, it makes it much harder to get the weight up that way so always remember to use your big muscles to drive the bar up, it's not an upright row. You had good leg and hip extension but another thing I want to add is to use that power shrug to help drive that bar up and also to help pull you under the bar. Other than those things, it looked really good. keep it up.
