Great tip on undercooking and freezing, I will do that in the future! I think your temperature recommendation of 350 is better than others who cook it at 400 unless you like crispy bacon. It's hard to control the degree of crispy with the higher temp.

w00t. Tried it. Bacon came out cripsy, and it doesnt shrink as much when I pan fry it. Thx
