That "German" way of telling time, like "Data" (from Star Trek) when they look at their watches (snap the wrist up, look at the dial, snap the wrist down, then announce the time with rather flat voices) is a good example...

I've always been amazed of the versatility SNL Cast members from the past could pull off. I mean, have any of you guys seen Dieter's dream? It's like, I know Germans aren't really that way, but it's a spot on spoof of their culture. Everything narrowed down to the last detail. Even the look on the face of Myers, and the extras, who are marvelous in their own way, are German like.

I grew up watching German tv and i must say some of the expressions are pretty accurate such as the facial expressions and the way he claps his hands sometimes to his guests. Also with the intro always saying "Live Show" like something retro out of West-Berlin and the round spectacles. I must say, Mike Myers is very funny. If people looked at old german tv they would laugh twice as hard lol

Which I could understand if they offered the episodes on their website or for sale on DVD, but there is absolutely no way to get episodes other than "Dieter's Dream" and "Germany's Most Disturbing Home Videos," which are on the "Best of Mike Myers DVD"
