I forgot where I saw the article saying it was coming to the US in October but that's what had said it would be a 360 exclusive. A lot can change by October so I wouldn't worry just yet.
confirmed for us 10/13 release on PS3 just read it on Gamefaqs!

I'm told this will be coming to the US as a 360 exclusive. I don't know how true the exclusive part is but the release date is October 2009.

It's not just for the 360. Agetec will be publishing the PS3 version for the US this fall.
