  • Thanks, it is very delicious. You can use both for sweet and savory dishes. It is low glycemic natural sweetener. You may have to experience with it but in my kitchen I use the same amount of brown or palm sugar interchangeably. Now you can find in natural market in powder form and liquid form. Have fun cooking them.
