nope, HM season 4 filming hasn't started yet, and it's estimated to film around feb -march 2010. since miley and mitchel are on tour, this fall.

and it does take time to film and do everything, actually, season 2 probably will start in march/april my bad not june.

taping start in novemeber, and it usually takes two months or three months. to edit and everything :)
