Ok Spot, I have to ask, because this has been bothering me for a while. These are three seperate questions. Which do you prefer, Marvel Legends or DC Classics? What do you like better, Marvel or DC (Based off stories, comics and animated series)? Last 2 questions rolled into one is what is your favorite hero and villain in the comic book world?

its not that he has a long funky foot. he has 2 knees on one leg so its harder to pose and stand but enhances the style

I only had 2 gripes about this figure.

1st - I'd have liked for him to have been a little bigger, or at least a little more wide and/or more muscular,

(maybe he even could've been a BAF himself).

2nd - He should've actually been BLACK.

All previous and future "Black" figures

(Blackpanther, Blackcat, Blackwidow, etc)

were all black....but not Blackheart here.

If he wasn't in a BAF set then maybe they could have sold him some of his cool props and powers as seen in CAPCOM's MSH, and MVC2.

Don't know if some one told you yet. But Blackheart does not stand flat footed. He's made to stand on his toes. More or less his legs are like the back legs of a dog. Bend the knee back a bit and make it so his "heels" are off the ground. He should stand with no problem once you got it right.

But yeah, Shuma-Gorath's awesomeness makes the odds of him ever getting a figure an impossible thing. Even the greatest sculptor of our day would be unable to correlate all the contents of Shuma-Gorath onto a figure.

Meh, my earliest memories of Blackheart were from the old arcade Marvel Super Heroes (as well as the positively Lovecraftian Shuma-Gorath), a fighting game that featured much of the cast from the Infinity Gems war. I actually blundered into ordering a Blackheart the other day (did a few stupid things recently in addition to that, just on the whole pricing level), but the thing I want--and have always wanted--is that which doesn't--and perhaps cannot--exist, a Shuma-Gorath figure.

You know, I haven't collected Marvel Legends in a while, but THIS one I'm buying. You've totally sold me on this and yes he was one of the most enjoyable characters in the Vs. series of games. Quick bit of info, in Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter there was a red pallette swap of him that was named Mephisto...so maybe I'll buy two of him and some red paint....HEHEHEE....

They really messed up Blackheart in the movie but the figure is quite unique and menacing!
