I think it's hilarious how the mom with the rats is starving. Look at how skinny she is. Then there's her daughter who threatens to take herself out of her mom's life if she doesn't get rid of the rats. And she's REALLY fat. -____-;;

I mean what the mom does is pretty strange and irresponsible, but that's still no way to treat your mother. Obviously the daughter has a job and she's supporting herself pretty well. She could at least help out her mom who raised her. This makes me pretty sad..

I loooove rats..I had some by myself and I can't stand when people say they're disgusting...they're so cute..and even though my rats weren't hairless..we have two hairless CATS and first I thought they were kinda weird..but seriously they are awesome! and they're really soft! And they both have no problems with being naked..except for freezing when it's cold but they love cuddeling :D

OMG that is so not true about domesticated rats. I have two and they are the cleanest animals. As far as diseases go they are not any worse than cats or dogs. Actually the only rats that carry diseases are brown sewer/street rats. learned that from a small animal vet who is a rat specialist. honestly, I think TLC should have done more research.

I had two pet rats, they were NOT hairless though, and trust me when i say its just like any other pet. You love them, you take care of them, you play with them. But the difference is that this lady goes overboard. I dont find rats disgusting, obviously, but its sad most people do. Pet rats are very different then sewer rats.
