I'm in a church that has groups like the youth or homebound ministry who reguarly reports with cool videos and slide type powerpoint pictures what has happened by way of ministering in the community and it's never been mistaken for bragging. Is that a problem where you go? Too bad if so. Or is that you and you're being convicted of your sin? One wonders. Some churches like seeing what the groups are doing in the community - I guess you don't. It encourages folks here. I invite a response

AT what POINT in this church should Perry Noble close the doors and STOP people from joining so he can meet and personally fellowship with each member? Up to 15,000 people have attended ONE campus in ONE day. To honestly critique him on his inability to personally know each one is completely unreasonable! Only God can personally touch each member of his flock. Perry is human, set human expectations!

...that he meant he would not put demanding people who just "want pastor P's undivided attention" BEFORE HIS FAMILY or Christ. Pastor's have lost and destroyed their families living ONLY for the Church, he simply means to live for Christ, the Church AND his family! The message was EXCEPTIONALLY clear! ONly a few twist it this way. I don't have a scripture chapter or verse for wolves and sheep nor do I feel it applies here, therefore it is unneccessary anyway.

I started going to this church a while back. I used to think it was just an "entertaining" Church and probably tickled the ears of everyone. I was so wrong. The Holy Spirit is moving in this church...it is amazing...

@Springsteps AMEN. I am a preacher's daughter and over the past 12 years have searched and searched for a church I feel a part of and I feel looks at me like a human who has made mistakes. Not a church who judges me. And there are plenty. At first I wasn't sure about NS and Perry, but I absolutely LOVE MY CHURCH. I love NewSpring and everything it stands for. God is a blessing and is PROMINENT in our church and our people.
