I've actually watched that anime and that girl is actually a student, in which she becomes a teacher in OVA 4.

Basically, this is a scene where the girl gets knocked out by chloroform. When she wakes up, she is tentacle raped by a plant monster the teacher was experimenting with then hypnotized to forget it all.
