When you spawn the object in forge press X on it then it shall show a number after SPAWN TIME: (30) which you can switch 30 to 60 then below there should be

SPAWN AT START: YES switch that to NO and there you go it will appear a minute after the game starts.

I learned that if one of the players has a Needler, you can shoot the Fat Kid and the Needler blasts will push him back, so if you just keep one man behind with a Needler all the rest can keep going so the guy can quickly catch up with the rest of the group later.
