APH has ruined me. every time Im in history class and we talk about history stuff, I imagine the Hetalia characters or make up one for other countries and imagine the event as it would happen in the show. I sit in he front row and my teacher watches me every time I giggle or try to stop from laughing when he talks. I wouldnt trade those laughs for anything!

Hetalia doesn't need to be historically accurate. Just the mere utterance of a country's name makes me want to buy History books and own a globe. Basically Hetalia motivates us to learn History not to learn history from it.

Thats true but most of the dates and events that happened really aren't altered that much when they describe them its just how the characters act out the events that are really different. But I'm in US History right now and when I was going over all the things involving america in hetalia a lot of the events remain unchanged so in a way hetalia can help you remember dates, events and countries involved.
