Fiat have decided not to merge Chrysler with the primary group, but with the Lancia subsidiary. Probably a good idea, as both have had spotty reliability issues for decades...

I wonder if this means we won't be getting the Fiat 500 stateside now?

Second, Cantarella started ruining Lancia's identity to pamper Italy's spoilt brat: Alfa Romeo.

Third, Herbert Demel planned to shut Lancia down in 2007.

Fourth, we get Lancia saddled with America's prime losermobile manufacturer.
