  • @mafiahamid I would change it up a bit. You could certainly do this 3 days per week, and then add some heavier weight training and some sprint training 3 days per week, with a rest day in there. But then after 4 weeks or so, you'd want to change up the program. Hope that helps.

  • Hi! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

    yes because i did this everyday for a week and i lost 10 pounds and i was 120 pounds im only 107pounds and have a girlfriend, trust me im not lieing.

    guys listen iv been doing something for about 5 days and i lost 2 INCHES its amazing and i figured it out my self so heres watr u gnna do first u have to be serious about it so u shud avoid the weighting scale and get vitamin C daily and excersize and what i do is i jump rope 200 times a day and go up and down with the stairs for 30 minutes and do some crunches before i go to bed owh and dont eat too much lol and if ur hungry eat fruit .JUST BE HEALTHY AND POOF UR SKINNY :D

  • @ScottColby M100's consist of three exercises i.e. burpees, mountain climbers, and squat jumps. you basically do each exercise ten times starting with the burpee for a total of 100 reps and it's an intense workout.

  • fat loss is mainly about your diet people... weightlifting and cardio exercises do increase metabolism but working out and keeping the same diet isn't a magic way to lose weight!

  • It really depends how much you way. I would say i would lose 5 pounds in a week i dont know how much you way. I am 11 and weigh 85 pounds. I need to go down to 80

  • I tried to do the circuit. I done the 20 squats and was in pain already. Done the push-ups bearly then jumping jacks (by far the easiest). After 1 1/2 circuits I was exhausted and unable to lift my body for push-ups or squats :( Really bugs me now ><

  • @wabawab Start with modified push ups, such as knees on the ground, or standing. Push ups are much better for you than sit ups and crunches which can injure your back. You can do it!!

    for push ups i hate them to but when you do them you do a lot of work on your arms and abs.and shoulders. but you should start off with girl push ups and work up in about a month or more you should be doing normal push ups :D unless your a girl like me then stick with em XD

  • @478webb90 If you do workouts like these - strength training (push ups and squats) combined with high intensity cardio (jumping jacks), you will be well on your way. Nutrition is going to play a key role as well and is even more important in losing stomach fat. Adding some intense weight training and sprints will help too. Good luck!

  • I do this like 8x a day which you dont need to but don't incorporate sit-ups into it. Crouching is working on your legs pushing up which gives your abdominal area(stomach) resistance to push the back up.

  • @RYAN57HEINZ working the stomach doesn't get rid of stomach fat. you can't target where you want to lose fat. you just have to lose fat by doing cardio/resistance training, and eventually it will come off your stomach.

  • Sorry forgot to say, thanx for the vid, I tend to do similar exercises and loads of crunches, helps a lot in shaping of my abs, but best advice I can give to ppl , you want to get in to shape, loose weight, by cutting down on your calories + exercise, did you know 1 hour of walking burns 300 calories...

  • @MrSniperknife correct, but when you do workouts as I have shown, as well as HIIT and eat single ingredient foods, you will lose fat all over including belly fat.

    Note: I'm not saying do 100 crunches and you will shrink your belly.

  • if you want to do the perfect push up youre supposed to keep a straight line from your head down to your feet dont use the lower half of your body to pull you up, thats why his push ups look kinda wrong

  • the only thing wrong about his squat is that he had no weight on him (its harder to get good form if you squat a lot with heavy/ moderate weight, the bar/weight arches your back))

    The push ups, its just because his head isn't looking up, thats why it looks funny.
