hi! i just got 2 comit goldfish. i got them a tank with a filter and im waiting a few days for it to circulate! any tips on making them less afraid to swim to the top of the aquarium
@chaosarcee Hi , comets goldfish requires around 20 gallons each ( 80 liters ) since they are fast and grows more than double tails goldfish , on the other hand ... when set up a new tank , needs tu wait around 4 WEEKS to get cycled , so is better for you to wait at least 2 weeks to let the GOOD BACTERIA to grow and keep the Amonia lower ... new fishes are kind of shy , but is just a time matter to take confidence at you ..
@lollypop6655 i bought this oranda panda in a petsmart here in United states , but sadly she passed away long time ago ... but that time i didn't have too much experiencie in goldfish
the white/brown Oranda with the hugeeee wen is so amazing I hope to get my hands on one like yours SOMEDAY Take good care of her/him or just give it to me instead :-D
Hi mr Julian , the tank is a 55 gallon but by the time i record the video , i put a plastic divider to keep mi betta in the other side but that was just teemporary .....
the sex of the goldfish you can see on the adult age that is up to 1 year and you can see on dorsal fin in the area where start the fin from front there has to be a small grains around that area and on gills they can develop like salt grains too
I have a blue oranda from Petsmart, too. I'm not sure what sex he or she is, but I call my fishy Poohead! it's very fitting for the way he treats my plants i grow in the tank :3 but he needs his nutrients, so it's ok! How did you find out the sex of your fish?
hi daveravegin , the commun ones are more easy to keep while fancy are more delicate for his rounded bodys maybe some day i ' ll get a commun one likes comets or shubukines
i saw a all white one i wanted so bad. :/ but i cudnt add it to my tank :/ 85Gallon was way to small for 10 of them ZZZ Q.Q
