Correct me if I'm wrong, but i think there are only six battle themes in this game. Half in this video, Bowser battle, and the two final battle themes.
Maybe it would've been better as a remix... Different instruments, tempos, and beats just mixing into eachother doesn't sound quite right... Or if there was some sort of thing in between them, then it would transition better. ^_^

The idea is good, but the transitions could be better...
That first bit when it changed from the regular enemy theme to the armed boss theme sounded kinda jerky and somewhat startled me. "._.
