Yea he broke a piston due to some crappy gas imo at the track ran a 12.4x that night and went boom in the lights. Now new forged engine is in.

a full bolt on GT will net you 300+rwhp thats with heads/cams. Before my heads/cams I was at 274rwhp. My 02 is at 320rwhp with a fully built block and with a 150 shot im at 495rwhp. The GT did a good job against the z06 considering the power>weight and the fact that its a z06

why wouldn't they be bolt-on's? yes, to get the best performance out of a head/cam combo, you should re-tune, but i guarantee that you could throw an aftermarket set of heads on the engine with the appropriate cam WITHOUT a re-tune and still see huge improvements. heads and cams are indeed bolt-ons.

Well I figured around 400 flywheel hp considering it's about 360 rwhp w the 100 hp of n2o. About 260 rwhp just the bolt ons. Vette is rated 405 hp. The gt guy drives well and got better traction this time.
