@EARdraum You are right, this is a sample in the album Disco 2 "by" HEALTH, but was first released on a "Die Slow" 7inch single. But, as you might notice is called, originally, "creepy phone calls." I am sure Tobacco released this before HEALTH's rendition. This is a story of two swell artists putting the talents they are known, and great for, together and creating harmony and, most importantly a larger fan base together to thrive in.
